TRY DIVE - Two Dives
Fancy giving scuba diving in Malta a try, but don’t know if you’re ready to commit to a course. Then this is perfect for you. An experienced instructor will give you a taste of what diving is all about in a low-stress and easy environment. If you’re interested in the single-dive try-dive package, we also offer that here.

If you are interested in continuing towards the open-water course, one of the two try-dives can be credited towards the course.
During the try dive
What will happen during the try dive?
The two-dives try-dive package will give you a more in-depth preview of what diving is like. We’ll assign an experienced instructor to show you the essentials: From the equipment you’ll be using and how it works, to basic diving theory and safe diving practice. Once you are briefed on the basics, you will be taken to a very shallow area for a “comfort check”. This means you’ll be able to stand in the water and try to breathe through your regulator, use your mask, and make sure everything feels comfortable. Once you are ready to descend, we’ll get you to do a couple of basic skills. After the skills, we will go for an underwater exploration to find interesting marine life and everything else the ocean has to offer. The total underwater time is about 45 minutes. On the second dive, if you are comfortable, you won’t need to do the skills again.
